About this survey

The Your Voice in Health survey has been valuable tool in gauging the morale of health care workers, their confidence in WA Health, and how well staff are supported by their employer.

Given the survey has not been run since 2023, HSUWA Members have stepped in to sponsor the 2025 survey to ensure Health decision makers get the clear, unfiltered views of the workforce.
